Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are handmade and packed with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship within the United States. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after processing.

Local Pickup
If you're in the Townsend, MT area and would prefer to pick up your order, please contact us directly before placing your order.

Shipping Carrier
We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first. We’re happy to assist if further help is needed.

Warm Weather Notice
Our whipped tallow balms are sensitive to heat. During warmer months, your balm may soften or melt in transit. If this happens, leave that balm in a cool room few minutes to reset the texture—this does not affect the quality or benefits of the product.
