We want you to feel good about using Rendered products—but because our skincare is handcrafted in small batches using natural, perishable ingredients, all sales are final.
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for changes of mind or products that may melt during transit. (If your balm arrives soft or melted, leave it in a cool room and let it soildify again—it’ll set back up without losing any benefits. See our Shipping Policy for more tips.)

If there’s an issue with your order:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 days of delivery at renderednaturals@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the issue—we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

All of our ingredients are listed clearly so you can shop with confidence. Because everyone’s skin is different, we can’t offer refunds for skin reactions or sensitivities. If you have any concerns about ingredients before ordering, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help.
